He was predeceased by: his parents, Collin Chance and Mable Chance (Coffey); his brother Roger Chance; and his great grandchild Emberley Madison. He is survived by: his wife Janet Chance (Gibbs); his daughters, Sherry Rice (Kevin) and Tammy Tankersley (Chris); his brothers, David Chance and Clayton Chance; his grandchildren, Bradley Rice, Melanie Rice, Kaley Madison and Chance Hoover; and his great grandchildren, Oaklee Smith and Karter Madison.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in honor of Jerry to Mercy Hospital Cancer Research.
