She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Boen and Lucille A. Peoples Boen; her husband Lanny Gene McGinnis; and her siblings, Patty Sheppard, Yvonne Williams, Karen Cagle and James Boen.
She is survived by: her children, Lanny Heath McGinnis (Danny Silver) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Teresa Jackson of Alma and Janet Christine Stover (John Moody) of Hartman, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Natasha Stogsdill (Daniel), Haley Jackson, Ryan Stover (Kassie), Justin Stover and Bryan Moody (Ethan). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at the Dyer Cemetery Cemetery.
