She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Brumley and Helen Farrar Brumley; her husband R. T. Harvey; her stepmother Edna Brumley; her parents-in-law, Alfred and Ellen Harvey; her daughter Lanelle Nogar (Snookie); her grandchildren, Jerry Nogar and Mandy Nogar; and her great great grandchild Kyler Hershberger.
She is survived by: her children, Janelle Hershberger Brooks (Boopie) of Many Louisiana, Phyllis Jacobs, James E Harvey (Bo) and Stanley A. Harvey (Lisa). She is also survived by two brothers, one sister, 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 32 great great; grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
