She was predeceased by: her parents, Stratton Douglas and Edna Douglas (Meadors); her sons, David D. Brooks and Gary Don Osborne; and her siblings, Don, Dick, Jay D, Ralph Douglas, Mary K. Bolling, JoAnn Dean and Ruby Pulse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Osborne of Alma, AR, Vicky Langston (Dickey) of Columbia, MS and Kim Jones of Fort Smith, AR; her grandchild Cyndee "Brooks" Etches of Alma; and her brother Bill Douglas of Alma, AR. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
