He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Cook; and his stepfather Frank Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Korrine Cope (Chase) of Sherwood, AR; his mother Wilma Neal of Alma, AR; his sister Cheryle Ray (Cletice) of Mansfield, TX; his grandchildren, Kyler of Sherwood, AR, Korbyn of Sherwood, AR and Brylee of Sherwood, AR; his niece Melissa Brown of Van Buren, AR; and his nephew Gary Lynn (Landi) of Van Buren, AR. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
