She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Steinsiek and Willard Steinsiek of Alma Arkansas; her husband Jerry Osborne; her son Gary Osborne; and her brothers, Carl Steinsiek, Jerry Wayne Steinsiek, Larry Steinsiek and Damon Steinsiek.

She is survived by: her son Dale Osborne (Jane) of Ft. Smith; her daughter-in-law Kathy Osborne of Alma; and her brother Steve Steinsiek of Mulberry.
