He was predeceased by: his parents, James Riley Perry and Gertie Fay Johnston Perry; his siblings, Jennie Rae Richardson, Johnny Earl Willhite and Robert Lee Willhite; his grandchildren, Kaygen, Landon, Callie and Preston Barker Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Ashley Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Scouden Willhite; his son Preston Barker Willhite; and his siblings, James Alan Perry, Caroly Kay Bull, Sharon Joe Faulkner, Derhonda Marie Dye, Kimberly Suel Hill and Tonya Michelle Willhite.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the McLaughlin Cemetery.
