He is survived by: his wife Barbara Garrett (Cecil) of Alma, AR; and his sons, Billy G. Garrett (Jo Ellen) of Alma, AR, Charles Garrett (Niki) of Alma, AR and James Garrett of Alma, AR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
