She is survived by: her parents, James Hulsey and Virginia Hulsey of Fort Smith; her children, Emily Welsch of Little Rock and George Andrew Welsch of Bentonville; her brothers, Dennis (Patrice Hulsey) of Fort Smith, Brian Hulsey of Alma and Carl Hulsey of Chicago, IL; her niece Ashley Hulsey of Fort Smith; her nephew Christopher Hulsey of Fort Smith; her aunt Sharon (Jim Winn) of Fort Smith; and her uncle Clinton (Arlene Hulsey) of Broken Arrow, OK..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Temple Baptist Church (5100 S 31st St, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
