She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Anker and Bernice Krutsinger Anker; her husband Bobby R. Mayfield; and her granddaughter Suzanne Pope. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Ray Mayfield Jr. of Omaha, John Paul Mayfield of Alix, Nancy Mattice of Council Bluffs and Yvone Anderson of Fairbury, Nebraska; and her sister Mary Davis of Missouri. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
