Though William Oneal may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William Oneal touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Manville Jack Allen, Carol Jean Allen, Willie Roe Simpson and Juanita Simpson. He is survived by: his parents, Oneal Simpson and Irene Simpson; his siblings, Jackie LaChance (Jason) and Jason Simpson; his niece Briley Heinz; his nephew Darin Carper (Alexis); and his great-nephew Wyatt.
