He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Skinner and Arsula Skinner; and his sister Linda Church. He is survived by: his wife Connie Skinner; his children, Allison Potter (Jeff), Wesley Skinner (Christina) and Carl Ray Skinner (Alida); his grandchildren, Ande, Aubrey and Oliver; and his sisters, Luella Stephenson (Jerry), Retha Carney and Sandy Colberg (Chad).
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002).
