He was predeceased by: his parents, Skip Kendel and Pat Kendel; and his sister Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Ryan and Zoey; his sister Melissa Kendel; his nephew Brendon; his niece Cailey; his sister Sarah Hamilton (Jayson); and his nephews, Wells and Reeves.
