He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook and Mabel Cook; his wife Mamie Cook; his daughter Virginia Cook; and his siblings, Carl, Argel, Julian Sr., Calvin, Burl, Neal, Ruth and Micky.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Cook (Joanne) and Bobbie Hilliard (Mike); his grandchildren, Angela, Jennifer (Thad), Tiffany and Matthew; his great grandchild Aden; his sister Opal Butler; and his close friend Rosie Wilder.
