He is survived by: his parents, Carl Otwell and Wanda Otwell; his siblings, Eddy Otwell, Shannon Lincoln (Phil) and Kim Cooney (Craig); and his nieces and nephews, Luke Otwell (Jess), Clarissa Masters, Kevin Masters, Chelsea Otwell (Anthony), Hope Otwell (John), Zachary Otwell, Scott Cooney and Savannah Cooney.
