He was predeceased by: his father James "Jimmy" Hughes; and his grandparents, Daniel, Sadie Hughes, Horace and Pearl Crook.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his mother Ruthie Hughes of Mabelvale; his brother Gary Hughes (Maurice) of Mabelvale; his daughter Heather Morton (Tony) of Searcy, AR; and his stepson Kerry Campbell of Texas. He is also survived by 6 grandkids; and 2 great grandkids.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
