She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Cook (Jeremy) of Haskell, Arkansas; her grandsons, Glenn Ferrell of Benton, Arkansas and Bryan Cook of Benton, Arkansas; her siblings, Glenda McGuire of Fontana, Leroy Buchanan (Eva) of Richardson, Hazel Forrester of Eldorado, Robert Buchanan (Delores) of Ft. Worth and Steven Buchanan (Mary Jo) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her close friends, Linda and Cody Honeycutt; and her friend Donna.
