He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Tackett and Alberta Rose Tackett; and his brother David Tackett. He is survived by: his son Brian J. Tackett; his siblings, Dennis Tackett (Angela), Donnie Tackett and Debbie Weathermon (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Brad Rorie, Brandon Jacoby, Hunter Tackett, Chaz Tackett, Katie Jacoby, Leslie Smith and Rachel Tackett. He is also survived by his dad, uncle and brothers.
