With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Wayne Coon Sr. (Alexander, Arkansas), born in Gurdon, Arkansas, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Conway Coon and Effie Coon; and his siblings, Joel Coon, Donald Coon, Clois Coon, Conrad Coon and Joyce Quillin.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Coon; his sons, Billy W. Coon, Jr. and Jon L. Coon (Crystal); his granddaughter Kayla Sutton (Pake); his great grandchild Stetson Sutton; and his siblings, Myrle Pierce, Theresa Thornton and Steve Coon.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to an animal rescue of your choice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
