She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert T. Nuckles and Effie Louise Morris Nuckles; her husband Mario P. Fazio; and her brother William A. "Andy" Nuckles. She is survived by: her children, Karen Garrison (Glen) of Destrehan, LA, Susan Davis (Scott) of Little Rock, AR, John Fazio of Little Rock, AR and Lisa Wilson (Colin) of Sydney, AUS; and her pet Maya. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
