He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah W. Eubanks and Sue Eubanks (Moore); his wife Freda Eubanks; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Eubanks, James "Jim" Eubanks and Mary Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carroll Eubanks (JoAnn) of Scotland, AR, John Eubanks of Perryville, AR, Dorothy Wells of Palestine, TX, Sylvia Doster (Jim) of Little Rock, AR and Lola Langley (Jimmy) of Jonesboro, AR; and his siblings-in-law, Ira "Pokey" Wougamon of Adona, AR and Rettie Jean Cody (Dean) of Adona, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
