He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Porter and Avis Sellers Rainer; his grandchildren, Amy Rainer, Michael Aldridge and Brittany Michelle Rebecca; and his siblings, Ernie Rainer and Nita Hester.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Pearl Dearman Rainer; his children, Richard Franklin "Rick" Rainer, Jr. (Dorothy) and Mary Evelyn Rebecca (Steve); his grandchildren, Jenifer Rainer Glosson (Jody), Kathy Marie Aldridge, R. J. Rainer (Alise) and Christopher Harley Rebecca; and his siblings, David Rainer, Agnes Dew and Joyce Corley. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic mask are highly recommended while attending the service.
