Adams, Jr. of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Makiyah, Matayah, Curtis Jr. and Malikah Donald; his siblings, Gwendolyn Carter of York, AL., Jimmy Patrick (Delois) of Columbus, OH. and Tyrone Moss (Dorothy) of Akron, OH; his aunt Edna; his cousin Kimberly Epps-Moore; his nephew Jacorey Moss; and his friend Edwin Dunigan. He is also survived by three uncles; numerous nieces.
