He is survived by: his wife Doris Lee Samuels of York, AL; his children, Jerail Walker of Meridian, MS, Neontai Hodges (Antonio) of Collinsville, MS, Jessica Turner (Isaac) of Russell, MS and Tyeshia Lee of Pensacola, FL; and his brother Wade Samuels of Meridian, MS. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
