He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Sheaks and Earlon Baugh Sheaks. He is survived by: his children, Scott Sheaks Jr. (Felicia), Haley Womack (Devin Burris) and Heather Sheaks; and his siblings, Dale Sheaks (Kathy), Steve Sheaks, Jerry Woodall (Amanda), Candi Sheaks, Cindy Talley (Barney), Cassie McClendon (Mike), Carmen Cook (John) and Charlotte Moon (Mark).
