He is survived by: his daughter Miranda Goin Powell (Jason); his parents, Judy Goin and Ronald J. Goin; his sister Jenny Goin; and his aunts and uncles, Marsha, Jerry Little, Paula, Jim Butler and Jo Ann Nicholas.
