He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Rousseau and Dora Rousseau; and his siblings, Marjarie Whitaker, Eunice Bradford, Archie and Benjamin Rousseau.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Stephens Rousseau; his daughter Sharon; his son-in-law Roger Manning; his grandchildren, Shannon, Clint Black and Ryan Manning; his great grandchild Kaleb Black; and his half-sister Joyce Davis.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the Union Primitive Baptist Church Woodville Alabama.
