He was predeceased by: his parents, Sid Sansing and Virginia Sansing; and his former wife Nancy Ray Sansing. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cobb Burks Sansing; his brother Charles (Nancy); his nephew Matthew C. Sansing (Ali); his niece Jeanna Sansing Gossett (Daniel); his great-nieces, Emma, Ella Gossett, Ellen and Virginia Sansing; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Cobb Lowrey and Betty Cobb Coalson (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Sidney's honor be made to the First Baptist Church of Woodstock Senior Trips, 2473 Coldwater Road, Woodstock, AL. 35188, also, to the Woodstock Senior Center, 28515 Highway 5, Woodstock, AL. 35188.
