He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Leatherwood and Barbara Leatherwood; and his brother Bo Leatherwood. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Leatherwood; his daughters, Onna Goff (Steve) and Donna Zani (Paul); his stepchildren, Casey Hubbard (Carol) and Angie Oglesby (Shane); and his sister Mary "Cricket" Shadix Sealy (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended loving family and friends.
