He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lane Milstead; his children, Landon Milstead (Nita), Michael Milstead, Jr. (Lana), Tammy Milstead and Jennifer Milstead; and his siblings, Darlene Price, Betty Hutcheson and John Milstead (Susan). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
