He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin James and Allie Ruth Madden Smith. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Yvonne Smith; his children, Carrie Smith (Brandon), Chris Smith (Charlotte) and Chad Smith; his grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Matt Brewer (Angel), Cera Brewer, Jacob Smith, Joseph Smith and Savannah Smith; his great grandchildren, Brantley Brewer and Shiloh Poche; and his sister Debra Smith Willingham (Wade).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home for final expenses.
