He was predeceased by: his parents, John "JT" Rollins and Elsie Mae Rollins; his wife Beverly Rollins; and his neice Amanda Rollins. He is survived by: his son Chad Rollins (Jennifer "Jen"); his stepson Corey Norrell (Gary); his grandchildren, Jonathon "JT" Chase, Chandler and Jocelyn; his brother Tony Rollins; and his nephew Matt Rollins.
