She was predeceased by: her parents, George Taylor and Sara Philpot Taylor; and her husband James W. Lowe. She is survived by: her sons, James Lowe of Lilburn, GA, Jeff Lowe of Woodland and Mitch Lowe of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
