He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hendrick McDonald, Sr. and Helen Bannostraund McDonald; and his brother Richard John McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Lori Lee Addington (Charlie) of McCloud, OK and Michael Thomas McDonald (Jennifer) of Hollandville, OK; his sister Shirley Ann Roach of Hillard, FL; and his niece Bonnie Pilgrim (Ricky) of Roanoke. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
