With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Edmonson of Woodland, Alabama, who passed away on July 4, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude E. Gibbs and Annie Lura Lee Gibbs; her husband Billy Vernon Edmondson; and her brother Claude Jo Gibbs of Woodland. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Armistead (Steve) of Georgia and Barry Edmondson of Woodland; and her siblings, Betty Butler (Edward) of Florida and Kenneth Gibbs (Opal) of Woodland. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
