He is survived by: his mother Fae Jordan Cummings; his wife Lisa Cummings; his children, Michele (Joel Nunez), Misty (Brandon Wyatt), Joshua Cummings (Amber Bolan), Jordan Cummings and Drew Herren; his siblings, Scott (Phyllis Cummings), Melissa (Jeff Jones), Shane (Tina Cummings) and Jane Cummings; his parents-in-law, Judy Yeager and Ronnie (Barbara Proctor); and his siblings-in-law, Rodney and Becca Proctor. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
