He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Kenneth Douglas and Sara Jane Douglas (Wright); his siblings, Preston Worrells, Jimmy Douglas, Ingram Douglas, Lethin Douglas, Henry Douglas, Virgie Cook, Martha Jones and Lorene Jeffers; and his son-in-law Glen Crosby.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Louise Douglas; his children, Eloise Crosby of Geneva, AL and Mitcheal; his daughter-in-law Joan Douglas of Wing, AL; his son Johnny; his daughter-in-law Donna Douglas of Wing, AL; his children, Russell Douglas of Wing, AL and Linda; his son-in-law Wade Cook of Wing, AL; his daughter Sheila; his son-in-law Shawn Palmer of Wing, AL; his grandchildren, Connie Yates, Shawn Crosby, Jeremy Douglas, Tammy Hollington, Wanda Bradley, Megan Cook, Amber Palmer, Dustin Palmer and Anna Palmer; his great grandchildren, Allen Yates, Sara Yates, Noah Yates, Kelsey Harrison, Justin Crosby, Brent Hollington, Hannah Woodyard, Hunter Brazwell, Mason Palmer, Braylon Middleton, Riverlyn Middleton, Adelynn Palmer, Joseph Palmer and Remington Throgmorton; his great great grandchildren, Bryson Crosby and Carson Harrison; and his siblings, Troy Douglas and Charlotte Baird.
