It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Joe McClinton (Winfield, Alabama), who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee McClinton and Claytese Nalls; and his siblings, Jean Nalls, Edward McClinton and Ronnie Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Willie Rose McClinton; his daughters, Rena Brown-Dove (Albert) of Anchorage and Tywana McClinton of Sheffield, AL; his grandchildren, Joel Brown (Andrea) of Concord and Jasmine Brown of Anchorage, Alaska; his siblings, Dorothy Jean Wilson, Teresa A. Nalls, Teresa Franks (Jerome), Natasha Nalls, Ben E. Nalls, Kenneth Nalls, Tommy Montgomery (Patricia) and James E. Byrd; and his close friend Boyd Pate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
