He was predeceased by: his mother Sharlene McGee Foster Stough (Angie Tucker); and his grandparents, Riley, Carolyn McGee, Grady and Kate Foster.

He is survived by: his father Wayne Foster of Fayette; his sons, Hunter Chase Foster of Colorado and Colton Blake Foster of Tuscaloosa; his half-brother Dusty Stough (Cari) of Hubbertville; and his aunts, Sandra Hindman of Tuscaloosa and Sherry White (Robert) of Pelham.
