He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Fetter and Myrtle Pullen Fetter; his daughter Robyn Fetter-Laney; and his brothers, Robert Fetter (Beverly) and James Fetter (Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Tommie Sue Elliott Fetter; his son Dr. Todd Fetter (Chere'); his grandchildren, Victoria Fetter, Autumn Davis Loring and David Davis; and his great grandchildren, Preslee Loring and Paislee McCaleb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
