McCollum of Dayton, OH; his great grandchild Kyrin Murphy; his adoptive daughter Jackie Blake; and his siblings, Dan McCollum (Mary) of Tupelo, MS, Miles McCollum (Evelyn) of Phoenix, AZ, Charles McCollum of Winfield, AL, James Richey of Winfield, AL, Larry Johnson, Mathew Miles, Central Pointe Church of Christ and Joe Trull. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
