She is survived by: her children, Brent Mayfield (April) and Amy Spiller (Stacy); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Madero (Emelio), Kaden Spiller and Justin Franklin (Jodi); her great grandchildren, Amelia Madero, Jayleigh and Jacey Franklin; and her siblings, Homer Perry (Linda), Roger Perry and Glinda Cochran (Alfred). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
