He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel Ballard and Mary Lucille Webster Ballard; his niece Mechelle Henderson; and his nephew Jonathan Wade Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Margie Ballard; his children, Chris Ballard (Kelly), Brandy Hydrick (Brian) and Brent Ballard (Kari); his grandchildren, Nick Ballard, Lexie Mae Hydrick, Conner Ballard, Oscar Hydrick, Jolene Ballard and Lulu Ballard; and his siblings, Danna Howell (Phil) and Warren Ballard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to White Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund in the care of Carolyn Youngblood, 5803 Sand Springs Road Winfield, AL 35594.
