She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Couch; her grandchildren, Kevin Couch, Lori Hubbert (Mark), Eric Couch (Cheryl), Paige Williams-Phillips (Brian), Katie Barrett (Wesley) and Amanda Rye; and her sisters, Lou Dell Mims and Brenda Blodgett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and other relatives and friends.
