She was predeceased by: her father Reuben Mayfield; her husband Charles "Dooley" Banks; her mother Vera Inez Wallace Mayfield; and her children, Tamala Mayfield and Jason Guin.

She is survived by: her sons, Rusty Guin (Ronda) of Martinsburg, WV and George Banks (Abby) of Jasper; her grandchildren, Brittany Beil (Jon) of Hua Hin, Thailand, Jordan Guin (Charity) of Martinsburg, WV, Joshua Guin (Candace) of Merrillville, IN, Jaclynn Guin of Martinsburg, WV, Easton and Lily Banks of Jasper; her great grandchildren, Remi Guin and Judah Beil; and her siblings, Mary Bridgeman of Columbiana, AL, Kathline Curtis of Guin, Nelda Thompson of Winfield, Donald Mayfield of Winfield, Ricky Mayfield and David "Red" Mayfield (Laura) of Guin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
