He was predeceased by: his parents, Curt Fowler and Mattie Smith Fowler; his son Dr. Shane Fowler; and his brother Doug Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" McConnell Fowler; his siblings, Donald Joe Fowler (Indy), Richard Fowler (Betty) and Jan Vickery (Randell); and his sister-in-law Nell Fowler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel (981 AL-253, Winfield, AL 35594). A burial was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at the McConell Family Cemetery.
