He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Farris; his parents, George F. Farris, Sr. and Emma Jane Norris Farris; and his siblings, Dot Doyle, Jim and Curry Farris.
He is survived by: his children, David Farris, Debbie Sizemore (JD) and Daryle Farris (Marsha); his grandchildren, Zach, Evan, Jake and Janice; and his siblings, Frank Farris, Jr., B. G. "Bud" Farris, Mary Hyche and Nella McGraw (Ed). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and close friends.
