He was predeceased by: his son Jeremy Bernard Franks; his parents, Leborn Franks and Eunive Ballard Franks; and his brother Douglas Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Franks; his daughters, Tawanna Franks of Winfield, Tammy Brown (James) of Guin and Kim Atkinson of Hubbertville; and his brother Mike Robinson of Arizona. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
