He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Carton of Jasper and Patricia Mellor (Howard) of Winfield; his grandchildren, Daniel Mellor, Gareth Mellor (Stephanie), Jonathon Mellor (Laura), Leslee Carlson (Eric), Kate Carton and Emily Carton; his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Noah, Jack, Joshua Mellor, Rylie Martin, Arlo and Etta Mae Carlson; and his siblings, Cecil Trimm (Sharron), Arnold Trimm (Ann), Dora Atkinson, Lita Smith (Leonard), Marilyn Springer, Wanda Berryhill (Tony) and Shirley Langley (Buddy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
