He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eli Palmer and Wilma McNutt Palmer; and his brother-in-law Michael Flippo. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Harrell Palmer of Winfield; his son Jonathan Kinser of Winfield; and his siblings, Sharon Flippo of Winfield, Susan Stover (Ken) of Niceville, FL and Alan Palmer (Elizabeth) of Nauvoo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
